Concluded, frozen at v0.0.0.3.45 (2026-06-18). It turned the idea into a working payment infrastructure on Minima, with demo-only assets and no Stables production token on-chain.
Open Demo (frozen)
Where we are. One Stables Android app is published. It runs its own Minima node, or uses Minima Core on the phone. Claim Winiwa, mint and burn xWiniwa, send and receive, all on Minima mainnet with valueless test tokens. Desktop app coming.
Test Channel Monitor
Not started. The Council declares the production stable layer for real Minima and Stables mechanics once the test has proven every function.
