The Ambassador program is a fair, global layer that helps merchants join the Stables directory and grow spending. Permissionless entry: no gatekeeper—once you register in the protocol you can act as an Ambassador. Ambassadors are the human layer for onboarding, support, and quality listings (see the full specification).
Fees (Big Mac® index, ~12‑month listing): 16 BM universal anchor if you list independently (goes to Council Treasury). 15 BM if you are mentored in—1 BM discount vs self-serve.
On a mentored onboarding (15 BM): the Direct Ambassador earns 8 BM. The Council receives 6 BM (or 7 BM if the Ambassador has no mentor—the extra BM stays with Treasury). If the Ambassador was mentored, the Mentor earns 1 BM.
Shield principle: it is always cheaper for a merchant to use an Ambassador (15 vs 16 BM) and economically irrational to “self-capture” rewards in ways that bypass the protocol’s mentorship rules—see scenarios in the spec.
The program also covers renewals, hub tools, campaigns, and reviews tied to real spend—governance and implementation evolve with the community.
Draft a promotion for your shop. Production will use Council rules, budgets, and on-chain or indexed settlement—this build keeps a local preview only.
Turn Merchant on in Settings to use My shop. Live publishing is not wired in this preview.
Set up how customers find you and pay with Wables. In this preview, listing flows are illustrative; production will tie to your Vault identity and Council rules.
Need help getting listed? Work with Ambassadors in your region—open Ambassadors under Merchants & Exchange in More so a local onboarding contact can guide you.
Listing model: merchant listing and listing for Ambassadors are both 16 Big Mac® (paid in MINIMA, indexed). When listed Ambassadors perform merchant onboarding, the retrocession split applies as described on Ambassadors.
Online merchants can point customers to Stables the same way as a physical checkout: a QR code or payment link encodes your receive address, amount, currency, and an order or invoice reference. Scanning or opening the link starts (or deep-links) the Stables MiniDapp so the payer confirms in one flow—mirroring what you build in Create Invoice.
Your webshop or POS generates this QR from the Merchant API kit (below) or from a static “Pay with Stables” page that calls the same payload format the Council documents.
The Council will ship a small integration kit so developers can add “Pay with Stables” without re‑implementing crypto details: helpers to build signed or canonical payment requests, render QR images, validate callbacks, and copy‑paste examples (e.g. Node, PHP, or serverless). Watch the public org for the published repo and versioned docs.
StablesCouncil on GitHubThis preview does not call a live API yet; the button opens the organisation where the kit will land.
Complete topic questionnaires to build practical banking confidence. Retakes use a short cool-down, and your highest score is kept.
Prerequisite path for Ambassador status: all Academy topics completed (policy drafted, full enforcement comes with all topics live).
Domains, accounts, and repos listed on the links page are operated for the Council. The live directory may also appear at stablescouncil.github.io/links.html.
The Stables Charter is the community’s governing document: it describes how the Council works, how decisions are made, and the principles everyone is expected to follow as the protocol grows.
If you take part in Council activity or represent the community, reading the charter matters so we share the same expectations, transparency, and accountability. The published charter on GitHub will be the reference copy to read and share.
Holder concentration (demo distribution shaped by protocol sliders) read against MEXC 24h volume where available. Production would replace holder tiers with indexer data.

Below, every movement includes a short plain-language explanation. Some lines are generated automatically by the protocol; others carry a note published by the Council (for example operational expenses), sometimes with a link to the invoice attestation in Integritas.

Your Vault key is your ONLY access to your bank. No one can recover it for you, including Stables or Minima. Use the Minima Security app to view or manage it.
Never share it with anyone.
Sections marked (summary) are short in-app reminders for this preview, not a full legal or policy pack. Binding governance, process, and how the Council publishes updates belong in the Stables Charter and other documents on official Council channels.
Never share any type of personal information. Beware of scammers: the world is full of them, and particularly the blockchain world. Some Stables users will be scammed and suffer painful losses; we are already sorry for them. We will do our best to educate and prevent this, but users may still suffer losses because of mistakes.
The good news is that if you don’t make any mistakes, you will be just fine. The main one is the protection of your Vault key (called a seed phrase in the broader crypto community): this is the most important element of your bank. You have to store it in a place and in a way that it can’t be destroyed or stolen. The best approach is to replicate it in multiple safe places. Don’t forget: ink on paper fades over the years, so it might not be the best long-term method on its own.
The other main mistake is sharing personal information. Please never communicate any type of personal information. In the Stables framework, no personal information will ever be required, not even your name.
The other big threat is computer viruses and malware. Run your Stables app on a safe device with minimal usage (fewer apps and risks).
In the blockchain world, there is no guaranteed way to catch scammers, and recovering stolen funds is practically impossible.
If you publicly say that you need security help on any official channel, you will almost certainly be contacted across one or multiple communication channels (Telegram, Instagram, X, and others) by sophisticated scammers. We do not know all of their tricks, and they may be better than us at reaching Stables users. Please ignore all unsolicited messages and make sure you never, ever communicate personal information.
We sincerely care for you, and your personal safety is important for the whole community. Every victim impairs trust in our structure. We care for each of us individually because we care for each of us collectively. With all our heart. The Stables Council
Your Vault key controls access to your funds. Never share it. For Vault-key help, use the official security Telegram listed on the links page (and Security in Preferences).
The Stables name, wordmarks, logos, UI, copy, and related materials in this app are the property of the Stables Council. No other person or entity acquires any ownership or exclusive right in those properties, names, or marks by using this preview.
If you reproduce or redistribute this app or a substantial part of it, you must accompany that reproduction with a clear reference to StablesCouncil and cite StablesCouncil as the original author (for example a visible credit and link to an official Council property listed on the links page). This does not grant a licence to remove branding, imply endorsement where none exists, or misrepresent origin.
This MiniDapp is provided as a preview. It is offered “as is” without warranties. For binding terms, follow Council governance and published policies on official channels as they are updated.
Minima as the foundation. The Minima blockchain is the basis that holds the whole Stables infrastructure. Together with the physical device on which you run your bank, it is the only physical layer you need to pursue full banking sovereignty. The Stables software on your device is visual and interaction access to your bank: it is how you see balances, sign actions, and move value. At all times, the assets that back your position are anchored in the security model of the Minima network and in the tested Stables infrastructure built on top of it.
Confidence in the chain. We are fully confident that Minima will function soundly across all foreseeable scenarios that matter for this design, because of its decentralised architecture. The only technical impairment that sits with you directly is your own personal device where you open the app: that device is the crux (malware, loss, theft, or user error). On-chain, your funds are continuously protected by Minima’s network security and by Stables’ protocol layer, not by a custodian’s ledger entry.
No corporate affiliation. Stables has no affiliation of any kind with any Minima-related legal entity or with people acting in an official capacity for those organisations. Stables is a separate initiative. References to Minima here mean the public chain and tooling (for example a node or MiniDapp host) and public data (for example price endpoints). They are not a partnership, endorsement, or joint product with those companies.
How open networks work. Public blockchain software is, in large part, open source. Minima-related entities, regulators, governments, and other third parties do not and cannot, by architecture alone, dictate what independent teams build or what you choose to run on your own device. They are not on your device controlling your execution. Control stays with whoever operates the node and the MiniDapp, subject to law and to device security.
Distribution is not the same as sovereignty. An IT company, app store, or other platform may try to limit how you first reach Stables products (for example listings, websites, or policies). Once you have lawfully obtained the software and run it on a sovereign device you control, where no intermediary has technical overreach over your device and your execution, that use does not depend on a central party staying “open” for you. That is why we say unstoppable in this technical sense: the design does not require a single gatekeeper for your bank on your own machine.
Seizure and blocking. When you self-custody and interact without a custodian holding your funds, there is no single technical lever a third party can flip to freeze your bank or to block peer-to-peer interactions with other banks the way a centralised account provider can suspend access. This describes what the architecture avoids compared to custodial finance. It does not remove every real-world risk (devices can be lost, stolen, compromised, or subject to lawful process). It is not legal advice.
This preview shows where demo prices come from. Production would use Council-governed feeds and disclosures. Nothing here is financial or legal advice.
USD reference for Winiwa is resolved in this order: MEXC
public MINIMA/USDT ticker (via MiniDapp host or browser), then
CoinGecko simple/price?ids=minima&vs_currencies=usd,
then a fixed demo rate if both fail. URLs are configurable in
assets/config/runtime-config.js (MEXC_TICKER_URL,
COINGECKO_MINIMA_URL).
USDw, EURw, GBPw, and other *w balances use an in-app
static cross-rate table (RATES in
index.html) for mint/burn and exchange previews only. It does not
represent a live oracle. A shipped app would document approved feeds per currency and revision policy.
This preview stores some choices on your device (for example layout and preferences in browser storage). Neither Stables nor Minima has any visibility into that local data for this static preview; we do not receive it from this copy alone. On the other hand, we cannot guarantee that other actors, such as the company that provides your device operating system or other software on your device, do not have technical means to access device storage or settings. Please do not enter sensitive information where it could be exposed. Do not send secrets or Vault keys through unofficial channels; use only the official Council and security contacts listed on the links page and on Security in this app.
Demo flows may use fixed or simulated figures. Nothing in this preview should be read as live ledger or production accounting. When the Council ships networked features, data practices will be described in the governing documents and release notes on official properties.
Opening the Minima Security app from Stables will be added in a coming version. When it is available, it will open the app on your node so you can view or check your Vault key, also called Seed phrase (24 words). Only do this in a private place.
First draft of the Stables Charter will be published on GitHub over the coming weeks.
Mx…) or payment QR: phone camera at a paper or laptop screen, or laptop webcam pointed at a QR on your phone (bright screen, hold steady). On Minima OS, the hub WebView must allow camera.Mx… address in Send.assets/lib/mds.js so the hub URL connects to your node without using Connect node.

10.10.0.2). If you paste a full hub URL (https://10.10.0.2:9003/…), we strip https:// and path. mds.js builds the MDS URL as https://HOST:PORT/mdscommand_/, so putting https:// in the host field breaks the link.uid= value from the address bar (long 0x… after ?). Paste it here or paste the full hub URL. Required when the node has publicmds: false.Click outside the box to skip the whole welcome process.
